The two apartment buildings at Tropica Apartments were designed with diverse interior styles—ranging from warm, classic tones to sleek, contemporary finishes. The challenge was to create and deliver lighting fixtures that were both functional and versatile, while also harmonizing with the character and color scheme of each apartment. Additionally, the project called for architectural downlights that would enhance interior features without overwhelming the design elements.

We worked closely with the client’s design and development teams to craft custom fixtures for each apartment type. Every fixture was designed with a timeless, classy appeal, yet infused with a subtle modern flair to ensure long-term relevance.

Decorative fixtures were crafted to serve as subtle statement pieces, while architectural downlights were strategically placed to highlight key interior elements such as textured feature walls, bespoke cabinetry, and curated décor.
